WE’RE HIRING | CUSTOMER SUPPORT AGENT – CHAT & VOICE

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 1–3 Years

Qualification: Graduate

Preferred Background: Hospitality

Employment Type: Full-time

We’re looking for customer-focused professionals with a hospitality background and excellent communication skills to join our Customer Experience team.

• Handle customer queries and complaints through chat & voice

• Understand customer concerns and provide effective solutions

• Ensure first-contact resolution wherever possible

• Handle escalations with empathy and professionalism

• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues

• Maintain accurate CRM/case records

• Meet quality, resolution time and CSAT/NPS targets

✅ 1–3 years of experience in hospitality

✅ Experience handling customers through voice & chat

✅ Excellent verbal and written communication

✅ Strong listening and problem-solving skills

✅ Customer-first attitude with a calm and professional approach

✅ Graduate in any discipline
