We’re looking for an experienced Litigation Attorney who wants more than another traditional law firm role.

Who We're Looking ForYou’re an experienced California attorney who knows how to take the lead.
You have:Active California Bar membership in good standing6+ years of legal experienceMeaningful hearing and/or trial experienceStrong litigation strategy, writing, and client communication skillsThe confidence to independently manage complex mattersAn interest in mentoring and developing other attorneysA collaborative, solutions-oriented approach to practicing law

The OpportunitySalary: $175,000–$225,000, based on experienceBonus: Quarterly performance bonus opportunitiesGrowth: Advancement and path-to-partnership opportunitiesLocation: Remote/hybrid within California or San Luis Obispo headquartersSchedule: Full-time, Monday–FridayBenefits include health, dental and vision insurance; 401(k) with profit sharing and employer match; group life and disability insurance; and paid time off.
