Role Description Interior Architect (3–4 Years Experience)

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Design and develop interior spaces for luxury residential and commercial projects .
2. Prepare floor plans, working drawings, and detailed construction documentation.
3. Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and fixtures aligned with the design vision.
4. Ensure all designs comply with building codes, safety standards, and project specifications.

Qualifications & Skills

1. 3–4 years of experience in Architecture or Interior Design.
2. Bachelor's degree in Interior Architecture, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
3. Strong expertise in space planning, interior detailing, and site execution .
4. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit , and MS Office.
5. Good understanding of construction methods, materials, finishes, and interior fit-out processes.
6. Familiarity with local building regulations and industry standards.
7. Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
