About the OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced consultant to develop a comprehensive business plan and go-to-market strategy focused on racks, mounts, and supporting infrastructure for data centers and AI compute environments. The engagement will evaluate market opportunities driven by accelerated AI infrastructure growth, including hyperscale data centers, enterprise AI deployments, edge AI systems, and liquid-cooled GPU environments. The consultant will help define strategic positioning, market sizing, product roadmap priorities, channel strategy, and financial projections for a scalable infrastructure business serving the evolving AI ecosystem.
