Job Description
HR Advisor Permanent, Full-Time Ripley, Derbyshire (Onsite) £36,000-£38,000 This is an exciting opportunity to join a small, friendly HR team within a successful manufacturing business.

You will be acting as the key point of contact for all HR related queries providing expert advice to managers or employees.
Description of the role: Dealing with general day-to-day HR queries and concerns.
Advising and managing employee relations cases from start to finish.
Ensuring compliance across employment law and regulations.
Coaching managers to build capability and providing knowledge.
Supporting the HR Business Partner to deliver strategy projects.
Supporting the employee life cycle assisting with on boarding, induction and probation processes.
Providing information on pay and benefits.
Supporting the wider HR team.
About you: CIPD Level 5 (or working towards).
Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
Ability to manage ER cases independently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
Flexible to cover later hours to coordinate with the night shift (more information will be provided) Experience of working within a manufacturing environment or similar.
