Brand Promotions AssociateNY Clark | Yonkers, NYNY Clark is currently hiring motivated individuals to join our team as Entry Level Brand Ambassador supporting our AT&T Wireless retail program throughout the Yonkers, NY area.This is a full-time, in-person position focused on brand promotion, retail sales, customer engagement, and wireless product education. Brand Promotions Associates work directly with customers inside retail locations, introducing AT&T wireless products and services, explaining current promotions, and helping customers find options that fit their needs.

No previous wireless, marketing, or sales experience is required. We provide paid, hands-on training and ongoing mentorship to help new team members develop their communication, sales, and customer engagement skills.
What You'll Be DoingRepresent and promote AT&T Wireless inside retail store locationsEngage directly with customers through face-to-face conversationsIntroduce customers to current AT&T wireless products, services, and promotionsEducate customers on available plans, devices, upgrades, and service optionsIdentify customer needs and recommend appropriate wireless solutionsSupport customer acquisition and retail sales goalsCreate positive and professional brand experiencesWork alongside team members to achieve individual and team performance targetsParticipate in ongoing training focused on sales, customer engagement, and leadership developmentMaintain knowledge of current products, services, and promotional offers
