Overview
Mayflower Hospital is seeking a highly professional, service-oriented, and result-driven individual to manage front office operations while supporting patient acquisition and coordination activities. The role requires excellent English communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and a patient-centric approach to ensure a seamless experience for all patients and visitors. Key Responsibilities
Front Office Management
· Welcome and assist patients, attendants, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
· Manage appointment scheduling, registrations, and patient records.
· Handle inbound calls, emails, and digital inquiries efficiently.
· Coordinate with consultants, nursing staff, and other departments to ensure smooth patient flow.
· Maintain accurate documentation and front office reports. Sales & Patient Coordination
· Respond to inquiries regarding hospital services, consultations, and treatment programs.
· Provide accurate information about hospital facilities, specialties, and healthcare offerings.
· Conduct timely follow-ups with prospective patients and convert inquiries into appointments.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with patients through effective communication and service.
· Track inquiries, follow-ups, and conversion status to support business objectives.
· Contribute towards patient acquisition and revenue growth initiatives. Patient Experience
· Ensure a positive and seamless patient experience at every touchpoint.
· Address patient concerns promptly and professionally.
· Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and patient care. Qualifications & Experience
· Graduate in any discipline.
· 2–5 years of experience in Front Office, Patient Coordination, Customer Service, Counseling, Hospitality, Healthcare Services, or Sales.
· Experience in hospitals, healthcare institutions, fertility centers, or premium service industries will be preferred. Skills Required
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
· Strong interpersonal and relationship management abilities.
· Customer-focused and service-oriented mindset.
· Good organizational and coordination skills.
· Proficiency in MS Office applications.
· Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Compensation
