WE’RE HIRING | FINANCE EXECUTIVE

Location: Vadodara, Gujarat

Employment Type: Full-time | On-site

‍ Experience: 2–4 Years | Export Finance

Salary: ₹4–6 LPA

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Finance Executive with strong knowledge of export finance, banking processes, compliance and documentation to join our team in Vadodara.

Key Responsibilities

Manage export transactions, bank coordination and export bill realization

Handle ECGC declarations and credit limits

Generate e-BRC through the DGFT portal

Manage export documentation, EGM status and bank closures

Coordinate forward contracts / dollar booking

Track Drawback & RoDTEP claims and receipts

Support tax compliance, MIS reporting and financial documentation

Coordinate with Logistics and other teams for payment verification

What We’re Looking For

✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field

✔️ 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Export Finance

✔️ Strong understanding of export banking and documentation

✔️ Knowledge of ECGC, DGFT, e-BRC, RoDTEP and export processes

✔️ Strong analytical, coordination and documentation skills

✔️ Chemical industry experience will be an added advantage

Must Have: Candidates should have relevant experience in export finance and be comfortable managing banking, compliance, MIS and export-related documentation.
