Job Description: Sonographers demonstrate an understanding of human anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology, showing competence in production, use, recognition, and analysis of ultrasound images and patterns used for patient diagnosis. The Sonographer is responsible for performing the daily sonographic procedures and the independent operation of ultrasound equipment, and for performing diagnostic sonographic procedures according to Radiologist. The Sonographer maintains a high standard of medical ethics at all times and is self-motivated to uphold and improve his/her education and skills to ensure professional competence.
