Tax Manager

Responsibilities• Prepare and review complex individual and business tax returns• Lead tax planning, projections, research, and advisory services• Manage client relationships and ongoing tax support• Review workpapers for accuracy and compliance• Mentor tax staff and coordinate workloads• Handle IRS and state tax correspondence• Improve team efficiency and best practices
Qualifications• Years of public accounting tax supervisory experience• Expertise reviewing complex individual and business returns• Strong client, deadline, and engagement management skills• Experience supervising and mentoring tax staff• Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office• Strong communication and organizational skills
