About the Role:

Brands today are built through content. Reels, short videos, and visual storytelling have become central to how brands connect with audiences.

We are looking for a creative thinker who can ideate, write, and help create engaging content for brands.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coming up with fresh ideas, writing scripts for short-form content, and working closely with creative teams during shoots to bring those ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities :

Content Ideation:

Develop creative concepts for social media content, campaigns, and brand storytelling.

Generate ideas for reels, short videos, and digital content formats.

Translate brand strategies into engaging content.

Scriptwriting:

Write scripts for reels, brand videos, digital ads, and short-form storytelling.

Create storyboards and content outlines for shoots.

Develop strong hooks and engaging narratives.

Content Creation:

Collaborate with designers, editors, and videographers to produce content.

Participate in shoots and help direct the storytelling.

Ensure content aligns with the brand tone and creative vision.

Social Media Thinking:

Understand platform trends and content formats across Instagram, YouTube, and digital platforms.

Develop ideas that are shareable, engaging, and platform-native.

What We're Looking For:

2–5 years of experience in content creation, advertising, or digital agencies

Strong creative thinking and storytelling ability

Experience writing scripts for reels, ads, or digital videos

Ability to think visually and collaborate with creative teams

Passion for brands, storytelling, and digital culture

Bonus if you: 

Have directed or shot content yourself.

Understand social media trends and viral formats

Have worked with brands or agencies before
