PROJECT MANAGER

The Project Manager is responsible for leading projects from planning through execution, ensuring timelines, deliverables, risks, and stakeholder expectations are effectively managed.This role will work closely with business leaders, technical teams, and key stakeholders to drive complex technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will have previous experience leading Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) projects as well as projects utilizing Azure DevOps.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESLead projects from initiation and planning through execution and completion.Develop and manage project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.Lead Dynamics 365 implementation, enhancement, or transformation projects.Manage project delivery and work tracking using Azure DevOps.Coordinate activities across business, technical, and third-party teams.Identify and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.Facilitate project meetings and provide clear status updates to stakeholders and leadership.Ensure project documentation, decisions, action items, and reporting remain current.Drive accountability across project teams to keep deliverables on schedule.Support large-scale technology and business transformation initiatives.
KEY REQUIREMENTSProven experience as a Project Manager leading complex technology projects.Previous experience leading Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) projects.Previous experience managing projects using Azure DevOps for project/work tracking and delivery.Strong project planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder management skills.Experience working with both business and technical teams.Ability to manage multiple workstreams, priorities, dependencies, and deadlines.Strong written and verbal communication skills, including communication with senior stakeholders.Strong organizational skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving project issues.Experience supporting ERP implementations or enterprise technology transformations is highly preferred.
