Role Description:

The AutoCAD Executive role at Dolphy is a full-time, on-site position based in Surat. The role involves preparing and modifying detailed architectural and construction drawings using AutoCAD, ensuring accuracy and compliance with product specifications and standards. The AutoCAD Executive will support space planning and layout design for washroom automation, hotel amenities, and industrial entrance solutions, working closely with project managers, sales teams, and clients to translate requirements into clear technical drawings.

The role also includes reviewing drawings for quality, assisting in documentation for tenders and proposals, and contributing to efficient project execution timelines.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Architectural Drawings and Construction Drawings to produce detailed, accurate plans and technical documentation.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in Drawing and Space Planning to develop functional layouts and optimize use of available space.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with project teams, vendors, and clients, and to clearly present design concepts.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and related design software, with the ability to work with 2D drawings and basic 3D visualization.
• Knowledge of building components, installation practices, and relevant industry standards; experience in commercial or industrial projects is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Diploma or degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Surat, collaborate within cross-functional teams, and adapt to a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
