About the Role
Capthical Hub Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly detail-oriented and motivated Bookkeeper – Australian experience to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining accurate
financial records and supporting the day-to-day accounting operations for our Australian clients. The
ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of bookkeeping practices, a proactive approach, and
a commitment to delivering high-quality work in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update accurate financial records using accounting software Process Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions Perform bank and credit card reconciliations Assist in the preparation and filing of BAS, IAS, and other statutory returns Ensure data accuracy and completeness in financial records Coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepanciesRequirements
Qualification:
• CA / CMA / CS (Qualified or Dropout), MBA (Finance), M. Com, B. Com
Experience:
• Minimum 1-2 years in australian bookkeeping or accounting
Skills:
Strong understanding of accounting principles Good analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) Ability to work independently and in a team environmentPreferred Skills
• Hands-on experience with accounting software such as MYOB, Quick Books Online (QBO),
and XERO
