Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Speech Language Pathologist role based at V KARE Speech & Hearing Solutions.

Daily responsibilities include conducting assessments to identify speech, language and swallowing disorders, implementing individualised therapy plans, providing speech and language intervention, and monitoring progress through regular documentation and reporting.

The role also involves collaborating with audiologists and other clinicians, educating clients and families on communication strategies, and participating in interdisciplinary case discussions to ensure co-ordinated care.

The Speech Language Pathologist is expected to maintain high professional standards, follow ethical guidelines, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives within the centre.
