Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mangalagiri for a US Healthcare Sales Development Representative (SDR) – EHR & RCM. The SDR will focus on identifying and qualifying potential clients, prospecting leads, and initiating meaningful conversations to drive business growth. Key responsibilities include engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, presenting tailored solutions, and maintaining accurate customer and sales data. The role requires strong collaboration with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the success of the company.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of proficient experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify and qualify potential prospects for USA Market.
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients.
• Expertise in Sales and Business Development to meet and exceed quota goals effectively.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a collaborative environment.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in the healthcare or technology industry is a plus.
