We're Hiring | Corporate Sales – Insurance Broking

We are looking for an experienced Corporate Sales / Business Development professional to join our growing team.

Locations: Gurgaon | Noida | Kolkata

Experience: 8+ years

Education: Graduate / University Degree mandatory

Industry: Insurance Broking

What You’ll Do

• Drive revenue growth through strategic corporate business development

• Acquire and grow high-value corporate & MNC client relationships

• Identify new market opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline

• Develop long-term relationships with clients, insurers and TPAs

• Engage with senior stakeholders and represent Howden at key industry forums

• Collaborate across teams and regions to achieve business growth objectives

What We’re Looking For

✅ 10–18 years of direct Corporate Sales experience in Insurance Broking

✅ Strong track record in new business acquisition and revenue generation

✅ Experience handling large corporate / MNC accounts

✅ Strong market knowledge and corporate network

✅ Excellent relationship-building and communication skills

✅ Target-oriented, strategic and commercially driven mindset

✅ Insurance qualification will be an added advantage
