Strategic partner to Legal / Compliance / HR leadership in a HIPAA-regulated environment

Owns a 12-24 month risk and technology maturity roadmap - translates HIPAA/regulatory exposure into a business narrative ELT can act on

Independent point of view on where AI helps (policy management, compliance monitoring, HR ops) vs. where it introduces risk - can defend that judgment to legal counsel

Delivers ELT-ready risk narratives with named precedent and specific past resolution, not generalized "leadership team" framing

Follows issues through resolution (BAA gaps, contract disputes) - visible ownership past the legal handoff

Success = risk posture measurably improved against a plan they set, communicated in business terms, not compliance jargon

Shift Timings - 9:00PM to 5:00AM
