Snowflake DBA

Role : Snowflake DBA Experience : 8 to 12 years Location : Bangalore / Mumbai Keywords : SRE Skills, Strong Snowflake DB Knowledge Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency) Must-Have Required Skills: 8 years of overall IT experience Advanced SRE experience with Snowflake. Strong experience with Snowflake (core architecture, warehouses, data sharing, security, performance tuning) Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) Strong knowledge of SRE practices (SLAs, SLOs, SLIs, error budgets) Experience in monitoring tools (e.g., Datadog, Prometheus, Splunk, CloudWatch) Proficiency in scripting/programming (Python preferred, Bash) Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.) Experience with SQL performance tuning and data pipelines Good-to-Have Desired Skills: Experience with data engineering ecosystems (Airflow, dbt, Kafka, etc.) Understanding of data modeling and ETL/ELT processes Exposure to FinOps / cost optimization for Snowflake Good to have experience in Postgres Or Greenplum DB SN Role descriptions / Expectations from the Role 1 Strong Snowflake DB and SRE knowledge. 2 Understanding on Snowflake , SRE, Cloud, terraform.
