RETAIL SALES MERCHANDISER
Position Overview:We're looking for a motivated, people-oriented Retail Sales Merchandiser to join our field team covering Fairfield County, CT and surrounding areas. This is a road-based role — you'll be out in the field each day visiting grocery stores across your territory. It's a great fit for someone who thrives on independence, enjoys building relationships, and takes pride in doing quality work.. Responsibilities:Conduct regular store visits throughout your assigned territory, completing structured reporting through our Daily Reporting app (photos, in-stock/out-of-stock conditions, shelf pricing, competitive pricing, and more)Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and department leadsStock, front, and merchandise the brands we represent to ensure optimal shelf presenceComplete quarterly pricing reports and maintain accurate territory recordsParticipate in seasonal initiatives, including our annual Frozen Food Month program each March
What We're Looking For:High school diploma or GED preferredValid driver's license and reliable personal transportation required — this is a road-based position with daily travel across the territoryComfortable working independently and managing your own scheduleProficient with basic technology — our field team uses Apple iPads for daily reportingAble to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
Territory: Fairfield County, CT & surrounding areas Hours: Approximately 12 hours per week (part-time, flexible scheduling)Pay: $25/hour
