Oracle WebCenter Content (WCC) & Enterprise Capture Consultant

Location: Muscat, Oman (onsite – Ministry of Finance, open for hybrid) Engagement: Contract Experience: 6 years in Oracle Fusion Middleware / ECM Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced Oracle WebCenter Content and Enterprise Capture consultant to support an end-to-end document imaging and management implementation for a government finance client. The resource will be responsible for configuring the capture-to-commit pipeline, integrating WCC with Oracle E-Business Suite via AXF Managed Attachments, and supporting SSO and security configuration on a bare-metal Fusion Middleware stack. Key Responsibilities: - Configure Oracle WebCenter Enterprise Capture (batch processing, indexing, commit profiles, metadata field mapping) - Administer Oracle WebCenter Content 12.2.1.4 (profiles, security groups, roles, workflow, document permissions) - Implement and troubleshoot AXF Managed Attachments integration with Oracle EBS 12.2 - Support SSO integration (OAM Identity Asserter, OUD Authenticator, OHS WebGate) - Perform environment administration on WebLogic / Fusion Middleware 12.2.1.4 (domain config, stack start/stop, log analysis) - Coordinate metadata definitions across EBS Managed Attachment categories - Diagnose issues via logs, config files, and Oracle SR process Required Skills: - Oracle WebCenter Content 12.2.1.4 – strong hands-on administration and configuration - Oracle WebCenter Enterprise Capture – batch, indexing, commit setup - AXF / Managed Attachments integration with Oracle EBS 12.2 - Oracle WebLogic Server and Fusion Middleware administration - Oracle Linux (shell, log analysis, SFTP/SSH tooling) - SQL / Oracle Database familiarity Preferred / Nice to Have: - OAM / OUD / OHS WebGate SSO configuration - Oracle GoldenGate exposure - Government or financial-sector project experience Soft Skills - Self-sufficient in diagnostics; strong troubleshooting discipline - Clear, concise communication; comfortable coordinating with EBS, infra, and security teams
