Junior graphic designer (bastian hospitality, bandra)

Role Overview

We're hiring a Junior Graphic Designer to support the design team in creating high-quality visual content aligned with our premium nightlife brand aesthetic. The ideal candidate is disciplined, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Design social media creatives, posters, menus, banners, and promotional material in line with brand guidelines

* Support senior designers on campaigns, event collateral, and in-house branding projects

* Ensure consistency in tone, typography, and visual style across all outputs

* Manage multiple design requests with quick turnaround times

* Coordinate with marketing and content teams to understand briefs and deliver on time

Requirements

* Minimum 1+ years of relevant experience in graphic design (agency, hospitality, or F& B/nightlife brand preferred)

* Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and In Design (knowledge of Canva and Figma is a plus)

* Strong sense of design, layout, and visual aesthetics, with an understanding of premium/luxury brand styling

* Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously

* Disciplined, punctual, and a strong team player
