Insurance sales (team leader)

Role Description : The Team Leader will oversee a sales team, set sales targets, monitor performance, and provide coaching to support individual and team success.

Responsibilities include prospecting and meeting potential clients, presenting jewellery insurance products, preparing quotations, and closing sales in line with company guidelines. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in CRM or sales systems, coordinating with underwriting and operations teams, and ensuring compliance with relevant insurance regulations and internal policies. The Team Leader will participate in sales planning, report on pipeline and results to management, and help develop tactics to expand the customer base and improve client retention.
