Role Description

The Telesales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai. This position involves contacting prospective and existing clients by phone to present property offerings, understand client needs, and generate qualified leads. The specialist will follow up on inquiries, maintain accurate records, and schedule property viewings or meetings for the sales team. Daily responsibilities include responding to client questions, providing clear information on available properties and services, and meeting set sales and call targets. The role also requires collaborating with colleagues to refine call scripts, share market feedback, and support continuous improvement in telesales processes.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills, with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
• Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal communication, active listening, and confident phone presence.
• Proven Sales abilities, with experience in telesales, lead generation, or similar roles in real estate or related industries.
• Basic knowledge of real estate markets, preferably in Dubai, or willingness to learn quickly.
• Comfort using CRM systems and standard office software to document calls and track leads.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and manage time effectively.
• Fluency in English; additional languages commonly used in Dubai are an advantage.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing or sales role is preferred, but motivated entry-level candidates are also encouraged to apply.
