About Position: We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Project Manager - Compliance (SURVEIL-X & NTR-X) to join our Delivery and Engineering organization. The role is responsible for leading large-scale Compliance, SaaS, Cloud Migration, and Regulatory Technology initiatives, ensuring successful end-to-end delivery while meeting customer, regulatory, and business expectations. The ideal candidate will provide leadership across the complete project lifecycle, working closely with Product, R&D, Operations, Implementation, Business Analysis teams, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors to drive successful project outcomes and customer satisfaction. Role: Senior Technical Project Manager - Compliance (SURVEIL-X & NTR-X) Location: Pune Experience: 10 to 15 Years Job Type: Full-Time Employment What You'll Do: Lead Compliance, Cloud Migration, and SaaS implementation programs from project initiation through successful delivery. Serve as the primary customer-facing project lead and single point of contact for stakeholders. Develop and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation. Drive project governance, risk management, issue resolution, and escalation management activities. Coordinate cross-functional teams including Product, R&D, Operations, Implementation, and Business Analysis. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with quality expectations. Translate customer requirements into actionable project plans and delivery roadmaps. Facilitate executive reviews, steering committee meetings, project status reviews, and governance discussions. Manage project dependencies, risks, assumptions, and mitigation plans. Drive stakeholder communication and provide regular project reporting to internal and external stakeholders. Ensure compliance with organizational, security, privacy, and regulatory governance standards. Support change management initiatives and implementation readiness activities. Collaborate with customers and internal teams to ensure successful adoption of delivered solutions. Promote continuous improvement in project delivery methodologies and operational effectiveness. Manage delivery across geographically distributed and cross-functional teams. Expertise You'll Bring: 10 to 15 years of Project Management experience in Compliance, Financial Services, Technology, or other regulated industries. Proven experience managing large-scale, complex, multi-stakeholder projects and enterprise programs. Hands-on experience delivering Cloud Migration and SaaS implementation projects. Strong experience leading enterprise technology transformation initiatives. Deep understanding of project governance, project lifecycle management, and change management practices. Strong knowledge of project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery frameworks. Experience leading cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Operations, Implementation, and Business Analysis functions. Exceptional stakeholder management and customer engagement skills. Experience interacting with senior customer leadership and executive stakeholders. Strong experience managing project risks, dependencies, escalations, and governance reporting. Ability to convert customer requirements into structured implementation and delivery plans. Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to drive projects independently while maintaining strong collaboration across teams.
