About the Role

HOF Furniture Systems Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Ideal candidate, should have strong end-to-end accounting knowledge, experience in heading an accounts department, and the ability to independently manage financial accounting, taxation, compliance, audits, MIS, and financial controls. The candidate should preferably have experience in a manufacturing environment, with an understanding of inventory, costing, procurement, sales, production, and working-capital cycles.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete Finance & Accounts department.
• Handle end-to-end accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, bank reconciliation, and month/year-end closing.
• Prepare and review financial statements, MIS, P&L, Balance Sheet and cash-flow reports.
• Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax, statutory compliance and related filings.
• Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors and ensure timely completion of audits.
• Manage working capital, cash flow, receivables and payables.
• Monitor inventory accounting, stock valuation, costing and manufacturing-related accounting.
• Establish and maintain strong financial controls, processes and accounting policies.
• Review expenses, purchase transactions, sales accounting and financial documentation.
• Support management with financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and business insights.
• Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting.
• Coordinate with banks, consultants, auditors, vendors and other external stakeholders.
• Guide and develop the Accounts & Finance team.

Qualifications / Education

CA / CMA / M.Com / MBA Finance preferred.

Required Skills

A hands-on Accounts/Finance leader who can independently take ownership of the complete accounts function, lead the team, ensure statutory and financial compliance, strengthen internal controls, and provide accurate financial insights to management.
