Skills/Experience: Minimum 5-7 years progressive accounting experience, preferably in healthcare, physician practice, or professional services environment. Strong knowledge of GAAP accounting principles. Experience managing accounting teams and financial operations. Strong understanding of healthcare reimbursement methodologies and revenue cycle management. Expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
