About the Role: As a Customer Support Associate, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers — helping them with questions, orders, product information and concerns across different communication channels. You’ll play an important role in ensuring that every interaction reflects the warmth and care that defines House of Vrajbhoomi. What You’ll Do Respond to customer queries across WhatsApp, email, calls and social media Assist customers with product information, orders, payments, shipping, exchanges and returns Resolve customer concerns promptly and thoughtfully Coordinate with internal teams such as operations and dispatch to resolve issues Track customer queries and ensure timely follow-ups Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions Identify recurring customer concerns and share insights with the relevant teams Ensure every customer interaction is clear, helpful and aligned with the brand voice Support in creating a smooth and positive post-purchase experience What We’re Looking For Strong communication and interpersonal skills A friendly, patient and solution-oriented approach Good written and verbal communication in English and Hindi; Gujarati is a plus Comfortable speaking with customers over calls and messaging platforms Good organisational and follow-up skills Ability to multitask and stay calm while handling multiple queries Basic understanding of tools such as WhatsApp, email, Google Sheets/Excel and CRM platforms A genuine interest in people and creating good customer experiences Who We’d Love to Meet : Someone who is warm, attentive, organised and genuinely enjoys helping people - someone who understands that great customer service is not just about answering questions, but about making people feel heard and cared for.
