Role- Territory Sales Manager – Central Uttar Pradesh

Head Quartered: Lucknow

Key Responsibilities

 Appoint and onboard new distributors across the assigned territory.

 Manage and develop existing distributors to drive business growth.

 Lead, train, and monitor the performance of the promoter team.

 Drive secondary sales by ensuring effective market coverage and execution.

 Ensure high standards of merchandising and visibility at retail outlets.

 Build strong relationships with retailers and distributors to maximize sales.

 Coordinate with distributors for timely collections and smooth order fulfillment.

 Support timely product deliveries and resolve market-related operational issues.

 Track sales performance, market feedback, and competitor activities, and share

regular reports with the management team.

Key Requirements

 3–6 years of experience in FMCG sales, only in General Trade.

 Strong distributor management and market execution skills.

 Experience in handling field teams/promoters.

 Good communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

 Willingness to travel extensively across Central Uttar Pradesh.
