Our multi-specialist program (dietitian, doctor, yoga coach, mental health coach, accountability coach) has transformed hundreds of lives, and our clients come to us through high-intent Meta ads. Your job: turn those warm leads into enrolled clients. The Role

You'll be on the phone with women who have already raised their hand for help with PCOS. This is consultative, high-ticket closing — not cold calling. You'll follow our proven call structure, understand each prospect's pain and goals, and guide her to a confident enrollment decision. What You'll Do

Take pre-booked sales calls with inbound leads (no cold calling, no lead generation) Run structured discovery and closing conversations using our call framework Handle objections (price, spouse/family, timing, past failed attempts) with empathy and skill Collect payments and hit weekly collection targets Maintain accurate CRM notes and daily reporting Join regular call reviews and training sessions with our Sales Manager What We're Looking For 1–3 years of experience in tele-sales, high-ticket closing, or ed-tech/health-tech sales (freshers with strong communication may be considered) Fluent in Hindi and English (Hinglish comfort is a plus — our clients speak it) Strong listening skills and genuine empathy — you're talking to women about their health Hunger to earn: comfortable with performance-linked income Self-discipline for remote work — reliable internet, quiet calling environment Female candidates preferred, given the sensitive nature of client conversations Compensation Recap Base: ₹20,000–₹30,000/month (based on experience) Commission: Tiered slabs up to 12% of collections Realistic earning potential: ₹1,00,000+/month for consistent performers Growth: Performance ladder, monthly incentive challenges, and leaderboard recognition Why NMS Warm, high-intent leads booked directly on your calendar A product that genuinely changes lives — you'll hear it from clients every week Structured training, call reviews, and a proven script framework Remote-first culture with a driven, supportive team How to Apply
