Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site Co-Founder & Business Partner role for a Pet Resort located in Thane. The role involves overseeing daily operations, including staff coordination, vendor management, service quality monitoring, and customer experience. The partner will drive business development through local outreach, sales initiatives, and marketing campaigns to increase visibility and bookings. Responsibilities include financial planning, budgeting, and performance tracking, as well as researching market trends and competitor offerings to refine services. The role also requires active participation in strategic decision-making, risk management, and long-term growth planning for the pet resort.

Qualifications:

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret data for decision-making and business planning.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for engaging with customers, partners, vendors, and team members.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills to convert leads, build relationships, and grow the customer base.
• Candidates should possess Marketing skills to create and execute promotional strategies, both online and offline.
• Candidates should possess Research skills to understand the pet care market, customer needs, and emerging trends.
• Experience in hospitality, pet care, or service-based businesses is beneficial.
