Experience - 5-10 yrs

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle placement of GMC/GHI, GPA & GTL policies
• Manage RFQs, quotations and insurer negotiations
• Prepare comparative statements / QCRs
• Negotiate pricing, coverage and terms with insurers
• Coordinate with insurers, Sales and Client Servicing teams
• Manage fresh business and renewal placements
• Ensure timely policy issuance and documentation

What we’re looking for:

• Strong experience in Employee Benefits placement
• Good understanding of the insurance market and insurer products
• Strong insurer relationships and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
