Job Description:Seeking a customer-focused Desktop Analyst to provide onsite technical support to end users.Key Requirements:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.1–3 years of desktop support or help desk experience.Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, and Adobe Acrobat.Experience with IT ticketing systems, hardware, software, peripherals, and basic networking.Troubleshooting, ticket management, and user account support.Experience supporting Zoom meetings, conference rooms, and A/V equipment.Must be a local candidate available for onsite work. xzbcwsv Flexible to work occasional evenings and weekends.
