The day-to-day operational purview of ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR (BPS-20) - MEDICAL & DENTAL FACULTY encompasses delivering structured didactic lectures, supervising practical laboratory dissection and histopathology classes, conducting Objective Structured Clinical/Practical Examinations (OSCE/OSPE), mentoring medical students, and conducting high-impact clinical research in alignment with PM&DC regulations.

The candidate selection pathway entails comprehensive credential scrutiny against PM&DC and HEC criteria, followed by a competitive written screening test evaluating subject specialization and medical pedagogy, concluding with an interview before the University Selection Board. PhD, FCPS, M.Phil, MDS or equivalent terminal postgraduate qualification recognized by PM&DC / HEC in Physiology or Oral Pathology.
