Job Overview Fairview is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our primary care team at M Health Fairview Clinic – Midway. This is an excellent opportunity to join a thriving practice with multiple on-site specialties and a long-tenured, highly experienced support staff. Practice Details: 12 provider primary care practice with more than 7 specialists onsite. Patient encounters average 18-22 patients per day. 34 patient contact hours per week. Call Frequency: 1:18 low intensity - phone consultation only with first tier nurse triage. As part of Fairview’s Accountable Care Organization (ACO), providers practice in a collaborative, team-based model focused on quality outcomes, care coordination, and population health management. Openings: 0. 8 to 1.0 FTE (Full Time) - Flexible schedule.
