Site Superintendent – Multifamily ConstructionCompany: Bellagio Property ManagementLocation: Bayonne, New Jersey (Onsite)Position Type: Full-TimeAbout the RoleBellagio Property Management is seeking an experienced, hands-on Site Superintendent to oversee daily construction activities on an 82-unit ground-up multifamily residential project in Bayonne, NJ.We are looking for a proactive, energetic individual who takes ownership of the job site, manages subcontractors effectively, and keeps construction moving safely, efficiently, and on schedule.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily job site operations and coordinate all subcontractors and trades.Manage daily work schedules, manpower, deliveries, and material coordination.Ensure work is performed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.Identify conflicts between trades and resolve field issues before they cause delays.Coordinate inspections and ensure compliance with building codes and site safety requirements.Monitor subcontractor performance, productivity, and quality of workmanship.Maintain daily construction reports, track progress, and communicate issues to the Project Manager.Coordinate closely with the Project Manager to maintain the construction schedule and meet project milestones.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.Qualifications6+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent.Hands-on experience with ground-up multifamily or mid-rise residential construction.Strong understanding of construction drawings, building systems, and construction sequencing.Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors and trades.Familiarity with New Jersey building codes, inspections, and construction practices.Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Ideal CandidateWe value initiative, urgency, accountability, and a strong work ethic.
