to lead our sales team and oversee daily operations at our Kochi and Trivandrum offices. Key Requirements & Responsibilities: Minimum

5 years of experience in Travel & Tourism

2 years of experience in a Team Leader / Managerial role

Outbound Tour Sales and Holiday Packages . Responsible for achieving and managing the

overall team sales targets . Lead, motivate and monitor the performance of the sales team. Manage

day-to-day sales operations

at the Kochi and Trivandrum office. Handle escalations, customer issues and operational requirements effectively. Prepare and monitor sales performance, follow-ups and conversion reports. Work closely with the Management on

sales strategy, targets and business growth . Direct reporting to the Management. Willingness to

travel within India and internationally

for business-related work, meetings, events and other assignments. Excellent English communication skills are mandatory. Graduate degree or above is mandatory. Strong leadership, negotiation, communication and decision-making skills are essential. Must be highly

target-oriented, disciplined and performance-driven . Salary: Starting from ₹50,000/month , based on experience and performance.
