SENIOR PROPERTY SALES CONSULTANT

We are looking for experienced and performance-driven Senior Property Sales Consultants who possess deep market knowledge, exceptional sales acumen, and the ability to close high-value real estate transactions. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a target-oriented environment and are passionate about real estate sales.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Generate, qualify, and convert leads for residential and commercial property sales.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to showcase projects.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and channel partners.
• Provide professional advisory to clients on property investments and market trends.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, CRM, CCD, and management) for seamless operations.
• Stay updated on market conditions, competitor offerings, and industry developments.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 1–2 years of proven experience in real estate sales (preferably with a reputable developer)
• Strong understanding of Lahore’s real estate market and investment landscape
• Demonstrated ability to close deals and meet ambitious sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and client-focused approach
• Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to work under pressure
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
