Job Overview:

• Role: E-Commerce Blended Process
• Location: Mohali, Punjab(On-site)
• Shifts: Rotational Shift (5 Days Working, 2 Rotational Offs)
• Salary: ₹28,000 CTC
• During Training - 20k In-hand
• Post Training - 23k In-hand
• PLI - 2k applicable after 3months

Key Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good understanding of customer handling and voice support.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
• Ability to resolve customer queries professionally.
• Both Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply!

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries and concerns through Chat & Email.
• Provide timely, clear and accurate resolutions.
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
• Ensure a seamless customer experience for e-commerce services.
