What You'll Do As our Lead Mechanical Engineer, you'll serve as the technical leader for mechanical system design. You'll lead projects from concept through construction while collaborating closely with project managers, estimators, field teams, and owners to deliver exceptional results. Responsibilities Lead the design of HVAC and plumbing systems for commercial construction projects. Serve as the Engineer of Record and provide Washington State PE-stamped construction documents Develop mechanical concepts and Basis of Design documentation Prepare complete construction drawings and Division 22
