Role: Business Development Manager - Business Analysis, UAT & Project Management Services

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Pre-Sales

Build and execute account growth strategies to drive revenue across BA, UAT, PMO services, BPR & BPM services

Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through existing clients and new logos.

Develop sales pipelines across existing and new logos in close coordination with Client partners and Business Relationship Managers

Lead client discussions, capability presentations, and executive-level engagement sessions.

Manage end-to-end RFP, RFI, and proposal responses

Solutioning & Consulting

Design tailored BA, UAT, and PMO, BPR & BPM service offerings aligned to client business needs

Develop effort estimations, staffing models, governance structures, and pricing strategies

Create business cases, transformation roadmaps, operating models, and delivery frameworks

Collaborate with delivery teams to define innovative solutions leveraging automation, AI, and modern testing methodologies.

Client Relationship Management

Build trusted advisor relationships with client stakeholders including CIOs, CTOs, Business Heads, Program Directors, and Transformation Leaders.

Drive executive governance and strategic account reviews.

Identify opportunities for cross-sell and up-sell across consulting and managed services portfolios.

Practice & Capability Development

Contribute to the growth of Business Analysis, UAT, and PMO practices.

Develop reusable offerings, accelerators, methodologies, and go-to-market assets.

Support competency development and mentor team members.

Participate in industry forums and thought leadership initiatives.

Revenue & Governance Management

Own sales targets, forecast accuracy, and pipeline management.

Monitor deal performance, profitability, and resource utilization.

Ensure compliance with internal governance, commercial, legal, and risk management processes.

Required Skills & Experience

Domain Expertise

Strong experience in one or more of the following:

Commercial Banking - Payments, Trade Finance, Lending

Risk & Compliance

Retail banking - Cards, account opening, KYC, Loans

Digital & Wealth Operations experience
