Cure is a consumer-health platform that provides personalized skin & hair-fall solutions under brands Cureskin and Curehair. We operate through our mobile app in India and apply advanced AI to automatically detect skin issues from photos, work with dermatologists to design personalized treatments, and dispense our own branded products. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit both short-form and long-form video advertisements, specifically designed for various digital platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Perform color correction and color grading to ensure visual consistency and high production quality across all video content.
• Enhance the mood, tone, and storytelling of videos through effective use of color.
• Leverage AI tools for automated editing, caption generation, background removal, audio enhancement, motion tracking, and content repurposing.
• Work closely with the creative team, copywriters, visual designers, and videographers to fully understand campaign goals and brand guidelines.
• Develop multiple versions of video ads for A/B testing, experimenting with different hooks,call-to-action buttons, and thumbnails.
• Optimize videos for silent viewing by incorporating subtitles, graphics, and other relevant visual elements.
• Maintain consistent brand messaging and aesthetics across all video edits.
• Effectively manage multiple projects while adhering to tight deadlines.
• Implement feedback quickly and accurately.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in digital advertising, editing techniques, and platform Algorithms.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Demonstrable experience in editing digital advertisements (portfolio required).
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar video editing software.
• Expertise in color correction and color grading to enhance video quality, maintain visual consistency, and create the desired mood and aesthetic.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and rhythm.
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered video editing platforms and tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro AI features, DaVinci Resolve AI tools, Runway, Descript, and CapCut AI features.
• Ability to effectively work with creative briefs and marketing data.
• Experience with sound design and basic motion graphics.
• Familiarity with different aspect ratios, formats, and resolutions required for various digital
• platforms.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to receive constructive feedback and iterate rapidly

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in creating performance marketing or direct-response advertising content.
• Familiarity with lifestyle and beauty digital platforms.
• Basic knowledge of color grading and audio mixing.
• Basic video shooting skills are a plus.
