Role Objective

The Sr. Executive – HR & Admin will be responsible for ensuring efficient HR operations, payroll coordination, employee welfare initiatives, statutory compliance, and HR administration while supporting a positive employee experience and organisational effectiveness.

Location: Info City 2 , Gurgaon, Haryana (relocating to Sector 11, Manesar from January 2027)

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Policy Implementation

  • Support implementation of HR policies, SOPs, and internal processes.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure complete documentation throughout the employee lifecycle (joining, confirmation, transfers, and separation).
  • Assist in day-to-day HR operational activities and process improvements.

Recruitment, Onboarding & Induction

  • Support end-to-end recruitment activities for technical, support positions.
  • Coordinate recruitment campaigns, campus hiring initiatives, social sourcing, and vendor management.
  • Manage onboarding documentation, joining kits, induction schedules, and employee records.
  • Maintain induction feedback and probation tracking records.

Payroll, Attendance & Leave Management

  • Coordinate payroll inputs and employee data updates.
  • Support employee queries related to attendance, leave, and payroll processes.

Training & Development

  • Maintain training records, attendance registers, and training matrices as per QMS requirements.
  • Coordinate compliance, behavioural, and technical training programmes.
  • Ensure training documentation is audit-ready and updated regularly.
  • Support learning and development initiatives as required.

Compliance & Record Maintenance

  • Assist in maintaining statutory compliance records relating to PF, ESI, Bonus, Labour Welfare Fund, and other applicable regulations.
  • Coordinate with external consultants and government authorities as required.
  • Support preparation and submission of statutory and annual HR-related returns.
  • Maintain employee documentation in compliance with legal and organisational requirements.

Audit Support & Documentation

  • Support internal and external audits through documentation preparation and record management.
  • Ensure availability of training records, compliance registers, employee files, and manpower documentation.
  • Maintain pest control and facility-related documentation in accordance with audit and quality requirements.
  • Track corrective actions and closure of audit observations.

Employee Welfare & Engagement

  • Coordinate employee welfare initiatives and engagement activities.
  • Support implementation of wellness and employee experience programmes.
  • Assist in organising employee communication and cultural engagement activities.

Administration & Facilities Management

  • Support office administration activities and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Coordinate facility management, vendor services, housekeeping, security, transport, and employee amenities
  • Manage office assets, access cards, stationery, and workplace infrastructure records
  • Maintain facility-related documentation, including pest control, safety, and audit compliance records

Job Specifications

Education

  • Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in HR Operations, Payroll Administration, Compliance, and Employee Welfare.

Skills & Competencies

  • Experience with KEKA platforms and payroll coordination.
  • Good analytical and numerical skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking capabilities.
  • Good verbal and written English communication skills.
