The Shores of Worthington responds to the rights, needs, and concerns of its residents, families, and staff by creating a caring environment in which each person is respected for his or her individuality and treated with kindness, dignity, and respect.Purpose: The primary purpose of this position is to perform the day-to-day activities of the housekeeping department as directed by the Environmental Service Director to assure that the facility is maintained in a clean, safe and comfortable manner to meet the needs of the residents and the facility.Wage: $14.66-$16.19. Wage is based on experience.Education: Equivalent to a Highschool diplomaResponsibilities:Perform specific tasks in accordance with daily work assignments; document as required by facility policies.Coordinate daily housekeeping with nursing services when performing routine assignments in resident living or recreational areas.Clean and disinfect equipment and supplies.Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms and other work areas.Experience:None required. On-the-job training provided.
