Multi-Billion dollar international manufacturing company located in Pryor Oklahoma is looking for a Continuous Improvement Manager
JOB Duties
- Managing the ongoing improvement of lean manufacturing tools
- Conduct quarterly loss analyses to identify top opportunities, lead cost savings initiatives, and ensure site action plans are well aligned with the most impactful opportunities.
- Provide guidance, support and coaching on rigorous usage of foundational lean tools – PerformEx as a way of working every day
- Execute regular loss analysis data drilldowns to identify key opportunities for improvements
- Lead cost reduction initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma tools
Required
- Bachelors Degree or 8+ years working in Continuous Improvement in a manufacturing environment will be considered in lieu of a degree
