Job Description
Key responsibilities: • Create concept design / layouts / alternate designs / master section considering mfg/packging/assembly/performance for upper body structure system/components for inner/outer/quarter/D ring/roof area • Should be proficient using Catia V5/V6 /PLM/Tce/Enovia/3D experience • Experience in Spot weld point creation in PLM/Tce/Enovia/3D experience • Knowledge of DFM, DFA, DFS • Basic Product & Process knowledge for digital packaging & simulation study • Knowledge of GD&T,. • Generate 2D drawings and 3D annotation for components and assembly • BOM Creation and Data management in PLM/ Tce/Enovia/3D experience • Creation of technical documents as directed by TL’s • Adherence to all quality parameters and process as required by organization as well as client requirements • Pre
