Senior Client Servicing - Social Media

We're looking for a Client Servicing Executive with 3-4 years of experience, preferably in a digital marketing agency, to manage client relationships and drive social media execution for leading brands. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media platforms, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience coordinating brand shoots and content creation. Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Understand client requirements and ensure seamless execution of social media campaigns.
• Coordinate with creative, design, video, and performance marketing teams to deliver high-quality content.
• Plan, organize, and manage photo and video shoots for brands.
• Visit client locations to coordinate and execute content shoots.
• Prepare content calendars and ensure timely delivery of social media content.
• Review creatives before client sharing and ensure brand consistency.
• Conduct regular client meetings, provide campaign updates, and maintain strong client relationships.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time while maintaining high-quality standards.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in Client Servicing or Social Media, with a digital marketing agency (preferred).
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
• Experience in coordinating brand shoots, content production, and social media campaigns.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong client management, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.
