This Senior Project Manager will oversee commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, working closely with owners, field leadership, and internal teams. This role is critical to driving schedules, managing budgets and estimating, mentoring project teams, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, profitably, and to the highest quality standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead projects from preconstruction, estimating, and bidding through execution and closeoutDevelop and manage budgets, schedules, contracts, and change ordersCollaborate closely with owners, architects, subcontractors, and field leadershipProvide leadership and mentorship to project managers and project teamsMonitor project costs, labor, and productivity xzbcwsv to ensure profitabilityEnsure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and quality expectations
What We're Looking For7+ years of construction project management (field experience is a major plus)Experience managing commercial projects up to $5MProficiency in Procore, Timberline, and Microsoft OfficeStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple projects concurrently
