Job Title: Senior Student Advisor (UK)

Location: Delhi

Employment Type: Full-time

We are looking for an experienced and student-focused Senior Student Advisor to join our team and provide high-quality guidance and support to students throughout their educational journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one advice and guidance to prospective and current students regarding courses, admissions, progression and career pathways.
• Support students in identifying suitable UK universities, courses and study options based on their academic background and career goals.
• Guide students through the UK university application and admissions process.
• Maintain strong relationships with students, parents, universities and other stakeholders.
• Monitor student progress and provide timely support to address academic or personal challenges.
• Conduct student counselling sessions, consultations and information sessions.
• Deliver presentations, webinars and workshops on UK higher education opportunities and employability.
• Stay updated on UK university admissions requirements, course offerings, application processes and higher education trends.
• Support junior advisors by providing mentoring, training and guidance.
• Maintain accurate student records and ensure all advice and documentation meet organisational standards.
• Handle complex student cases and escalate issues appropriately when required.
• Contribute to student recruitment, engagement and service improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in student advising, counselling, university admissions, education consultancy or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of the UK higher education system and university admissions process .
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and counselling skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple student cases and deadlines.
• Ability to build trust and professional relationships with students and stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and a student-first approach.
• Experience mentoring or supervising junior advisors is desirable.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and student management/CRM systems.
• A relevant degree or professional qualification in education, counselling, student services or a related discipline is desirable.
