About the Role

Policybazaar is looking for energetic and customer-focused Associate Sales Consultants to join our Chennai team. In this role, you will engage with company-provided leads, understand customers' insurance needs, conduct scheduled client meetings, and recommend suitable insurance solutions. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates and professionals who enjoy interacting with customers, building relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Connect with interested leads provided by the company.
• Contact prospective customers to understand their insurance requirements and schedule appointments.
• Meet customers at assigned locations to explain and recommend suitable insurance products.
• Convert customer interactions into successful sales through face-to-face meetings.
• Build strong customer relationships by delivering an excellent customer experience.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer visits, follow-ups, and sales activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, policy issuance, and post-sales support.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Tamil language proficiency is mandatory.
• Valid two-wheeler driving license and personal two-wheeler are mandatory.
• Comfortable with a role involving both office coordination and regular client visits.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and Tamil is mandatory.
• Customer-centric approach with consultative selling skills.
• Confidence in face-to-face customer interactions.
• Good planning, organization, and time management skills.
• Self-motivated, positive, and target-driven attitude.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones, MS Office, and CRM tools.
